Print FAQ
I’ve chosen the sizes and dimensions of the prints to make framing as simple as possible. Note that some prints are 3:2, 4:5 and 4:3 ratio, while a few are panoramic format. Although it would be nice to be able to provide consistent print sizes, in the end I prefer the images to be reproduced in the format in which they were originally conceived and captured. Every print has a white border around the artwork to allow for better framing. Please note that frames are not included. The three “general” sizes available are:
Small
Medium
Large
Shipping & Delivery
All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space and ships worldwide via DHL Express for a flat rate of $34. The Print Space has printing studios in the UK, US and Germany, which means prints shipped to the UK, EU and USA will not face any additional import charges
Depending on size, prints are shipped either in reinforced tube or flat packaging to ensure they arrive safe and undamaged.
Orders ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and depending on your location should arrive within 1 - 7 business days of you making your order.
It’s possible that around major holidays delivery may be slower. If you haven’t received your print after 15 business days, drop me a line at zeke@publicguest.io, and I’ll look into it.
Exchanges & Returns
The prints are shipped in extremely sturdy packaging and I’ve never received any reports of the prints being damaged in transit. However, in the unlikely event that they are I am happy to replace it for you free of charge. Send me an image with a photo of the damaged packaging, print(s) and the COA to my email zeke@publicguest.io, and I’ll replace the print as well as cover the return shipping costs and the shipping of the replacement.
If you’re unsatisfied with your print (other than shipping damage), I’m unable to offer refunds but the print can be exchanged for a different one of equal value within 15 days of you receiving it. In this case you’ll need to cover the shipping charge for the return, but the replacement print will be shipped free of charge.
