La Boca Apartment

from $95.00

La Boca translates to “The Mouth” in Spanish and began as a poor neighborhood of immigrants who settled along the Rio Riachuelo during the 1880s, most of whom worked in warehouses and meatpacking plants. Since they disliked the drab look of the port city they began to use leftover paint from the river barges to color the homes, which can famously be seen on El Caminito street.

Location: La Boca, Buenos Aires, Argentina

The prints are available in three sizes which have been chosen to fit with commonly available frame dimensions. The images are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag®, a beautiful museum quality fine art paper which will look incredible for decades. Each print includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

All post-processing and reproduction have been meticulously executed to maintain the natural colors and aesthetic of the location/subject - keeping it as true to the human eye’s experience.
